The DENDA project, financed by the EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND through the EQUAL European Initiative, comprises a strategy of intervention regarding the main factors of inequality affecting women in furthering their professional activity in the urban working milieu.

The DENDA project is designed to combat all forms of discrimination and inequality which affect women and attempts to improve their levels of social and professional inclusion, in addition to strengthening their professional stance, all within the field of urban SMEs and microSMEs in Alava, including the municipalities of Amurrio, Llodio and Vitoria-Gasteiz.
